Uptown Project is a large-scale residential development located in Muscat, Oman, consisting of 18 towers with a total area of over 500,000 m2. Designed as a landmark project, it aims to create a modern and dynamic urban environment. Our responsibilities in this project included architectural design for phases I and II, preparation of technical and construction drawings, landscape design of outdoor and open spaces, as well as producing professional presentation materials to enhance project communication and support the marketing and sales teams. Our focus was to combine creativity with technical precision in order to deliver a comprehensive and clear vision of the project.

Zone Landscape

Given the large scale of the project, the landscape design needed to address both traffic and human requirements. Dedicated spaces were planned for pedestrians, vehicles, and cycling routes. In addition, areas for retail, social interaction, and urban gathering points were integrated to enrich the daily life of residents. Alongside functionality, special attention was paid to visual aesthetics and urban identity, ensuring the creation of a dynamic, efficient, and visually appealing environment.

Zone Lobby

The lobby of Uptown blends modern design with a warm atmosphere, offering a welcoming experience from the moment of entry. Premium materials, refined lighting, and elegant furniture make it a distinctive feature of the development.

Zone Parking

For the comfort and convenience of Uptown residents, dedicated parking spaces were provided. In addition, special charging stations for electric vehicles were designed to meet the growing demand for sustainable mobility and to align with the modern, forward-looking lifestyle of the community.

Zone Fitness Club

Uptown includes a fully equipped sports club for residents, offering diverse facilities that promote health, vitality, and an active lifestyle.

Zone Women’s Fitness Club

Uptown features an exclusive women’s fitness club, offering a secure and private environment with diverse sports facilities, promoting health, vitality, and an active lifestyle for residents.

Zone cinema

Uptown features a private cinema exclusively for residents, equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual technology. It provides an ideal setting for enjoying movies, sporting events, and cultural programs in a comfortable and family-friendly environment.

Zone Duplex

In the first phase of Uptown, eight four-bedroom duplex units have been designed. With spacious layouts, modern design, and unique views, these residences offer a luxurious family living experience in open and efficient spaces.

Zone loft units

In the first phase of Uptown, three loft units have been designed. Featuring high ceilings, open layouts, and abundant natural light, they create a unique and modern space for creative urban living—an exclusive choice for residents with a distinctive lifestyle.

Zone one-bedroom units

In the first phase of Uptown, a total of 155 one-bedroom units have been designed. With efficient layouts and modern amenities, these residences are an ideal choice for small families, young couples, and real estate investors.

Zone Two-bedroom units

In the first phase of Uptown, 253 two-bedroom units have been planned. With varied sizes and efficient layouts, these residences provide an ideal living space for growing families.

Zone Three-bedroom units

In the first phase of Uptown, 56 three-bedroom units have been designed. With larger spaces and modern design, these residences are an ideal choice for larger families.

Zone Studio units

In the first phase of Uptown, 217 studio units have been designed. With optimized layouts, modern and functional design, they are an ideal option for students, young professionals, and real estate investors. Due to high rental demand, these units also offer attractive returns.

Zone Uptown Luxury Hotel

The Uptown Luxury Hotel, as one of the most prominent phases of the project, combines modern design with premium amenities to deliver an experience at international standards. Adjacent to the hotel stands a residential tower, whose residents benefit from exclusive hotel services such as catering, housekeeping, and leisure facilities. This unique integration of luxury hospitality and modern living makes Uptown a landmark destination for both lifestyle and tourism in Muscat.
