The project encompasses the comprehensive architectural, structural, and mechanical design of the Governorate Headquarters of Sistan and Baluchestan. Situated within the Sistan and Baluchestan Province, the building’s design places a strong emphasis on adapting to the local climate, integrating sustainable strategies to enhance energy efficiency, comfort, and environmental harmony.
