This project involves the design of the Konarak Administrative Park, located in Sistan and Baluchestan Province. The architectural approach is based on simplicity, functionality, and responsiveness to the region’s hot-arid climate. Unlike many administrative developments that rely on vertical, high-rise forms, this project adopts a low-rise, horizontal layout to maintain a human scale and foster stronger connections with the surrounding environment. The design is modern and minimal, with clear circulation, efficient access, and spatial quality suited to everyday administrative functions.
