This project focuses on the design of a residential complex in Konarak, located in Iran’s Sistan and Baluchestan Province. Taking into account the urban fabric and climate conditions of the region, the design intentionally avoids the use of high-rise typologies commonly found in many residential developments. Instead, it embraces a low-rise, human-scale approach that fosters stronger connections with the surrounding environment and encourages community interaction. This design strategy supports both functional living and the preservation of local urban and cultural identity.
