As part of the broader development of Tis New Town in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, the 12-class school is designed to provide a functional, efficient, and climate-responsive educational environment. 

The use of white facade brick was intentionally selected to maintain visual harmony with the surrounding buildings of the Tis development while also offering a light, reflective surface suitable for the region’s hot and arid climate.
The building aims to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for students, combining simplicity, durability, and climatic adaptation into a cohesive architectural expression.
